Over the course of his career, Winston has launched and managed both Debt and Equity funds in UEMOA (Francophone West Africa), Ghana, and Nigeria.
As pioneer CEO of First Ally Management Ltd., he designed and executed a successful human capital strategy, created and deployed a resilient, service-delivery model, leveraging technology. All resulting in a BBB+ rating in its first year of operation and profitability shortly thereafter.
